Finally got the Super NES Classic Edition last month (Jan. 17, 2018) at a Walmart in my city here in Canada, after nearly 4 months since its release. This console is still just so hard to find at stores. Why Nintendo still makes this item rare to get is beyond me. At least they kept their word this system would still be available into the new year, but I sure hope they make it more available. They said they would do a better job compared to how they did with the NES Classic Edition, which they were criticized for the lack of availability, which I never got.

I was a freshman in '92. I remember these games with fond memories. I wish Ninteno would have included Royal Rumble, Ken Griffey Baseball or Super Tecmo Bowl (probably a licensing thing though). I feel we needed at least one great sports game.

I got one at Target on a random Thursday night and I couldn't be any happier! Definitely worth the $79.99 just for Link to the past and Final Fantasy III.

A kind hearted gentleman at Gamestop held a SNES Classic Edition for me so I was able to get one.

I got mine and another 6 on top, sold already on eBay can’t wait.

A few years back I paid $120 for a boxed chrono trigger with the manual and artwork. I'm kind of bummed but still happy chrono trigger isn't on the SNES Classic Edition. It adds to the rarity.
