@@one_beerleft search on yt "how to get goggle on switch" or something similar. Do what the video says and just search whatever html game you want to play
Here's what you should've said with the theme changing: "You can customize the theme of your Nintendo Switch with either a black or white theme. To do this, go into settings > themes > click on Basic White, and now you're blind."
Vince: "You can hook up headphones via usb" Me: "Why not just use the headphone jack?" Vince: *Addresses my question instantly* This guy really knows how to make a good, informative video
Whoa wait!!!!! (5:20) ever since a recent update some docks not made by nintendo will brick the system along with other knock-off controllers, so be careful!
Thank you so so much for making this video, my switch dock broke about a month ago now and I've been searching for an alternative, and that adapter seems like the right option! Thanks for helpin a brudda out
Yes I can do in the next few days if people want to see that :-) There are already recent videos from other RU-vidrs showing how to do it (Changing the primary DNS).
oh my god changing player order is NOT that easy when you have 8 friends in the room pressing all the buttons at the exact same time 😂😂😂 It takes a good 5-10 minutes to get the controllers to the numbers we want because there’s ALWAYS THAT ONE PERSON WHO PURPOSEFULLY MESSES IT UP.
OK! THAT’S IT! I’M GONNA BUY THE SWITCH!!! But seriously watched part 1 and this, it’s like a Phone-Tablet-Computer-Console in just a one handheld device. You. Are. THEE. God. Of. Nintendo. Switch.
Hey that extension to the dock is a great idea! You're clearly a fix-it techie type from the look of your other videos, lol. If we Just use the extension to the real dock (not a 3rd party) would that work just as well as docking right in the original -- would we not have that possible bricking issue? I ask because I bought a bulky case, so this extension would save me from constantly taking it out of the case to dock it. Right? I don't have to disconnect the joycons and can use other controllers? I'm just not sure I just bought it yesterday lol.
Damnn! I wish i have nintendo switch beke nemen law of attraction. hahahaha but i like to give a compliment for this video i watch part 1 and 2 this is the true youtuber strait to the point and deserve much more subscribers. keep it up buddyy!!!
7:08 "There you go, so now you've got a better idea of what it's gonna be like when they eventually release it." *Nintendo never releases a switch internet browser*
For people who own current Samsung phones like the S9 can use the adapter that came with your phone for transferring data from your old phone to new phone I tried it with mine and it works also the Nintendo switch will supply power to another device with a adapter like the Samsung one.
My Mate VINCE I can’t find any and even if I did I found one about dns I put it and then tried it and it didn’t work and that was the only video I found :/
Thanks for the tip on the USB sound cards working with the Switch. We have two switches at my home and the secondary dock is connected to my PC monitor which doesn't output sound. Whenever I plugin the 3.5mm cable from the switch headphone jack to the aux port on my PC speakers, I get all kinds of awful ground loop noise because they're both connected to the same surge suppressor. However, a USB soundcard should be able to fix that issue!
That google map thing is useful, but it still needs wifi to work. You'd have to be able to use your phone as a hotspot, or try to find a place with free wifi
I thought a 21 min video might be a bit long so I cut it into 2 parts as a lot of comments mention my vids go on a bit! I like watching longer videos but I think most people don't want to invest the time. I don't know from a viewers perspective which is best (long or in parts).
RU-vid totally just glitched and showed the content of someone else's comment in place of mine which caused me to delete mine. Anyway, I really think they should have built the browser using Chromium instead of WebKit. It seems that basically any console that uses WebKit has a browser exploit made for it. (3DS, PSVita, WiiU, PS4). Someone even quickly used an existing exploit on the switch browser. If they used an engine not so commonly used (hell, use EdgeHTML) they wouldn't have to worry so bad about browser exploits and they would probably have an official browser by now. I mean, the DSi and Wii used Opera and there wasn't a browser exploit released for Wii until 2017 (I think that's actually a flash exploit). There are also no browser exploits for either Xbox console, and the reason is that they don't use WebKit. Nintendo is really trying to make the switch hard to hack. I even say that's why they didn't include the region lock. To deter people from wanting to hack it. And yet, they made the same mistake of using WebKit for the browser.
WeegeeTime64 I don't think EdgeHTML is open source so I don't know if they could use it or ask Microsoft to make a browser. My point was that it isn't WebKit.
Dude thank you, I wanted to try to use my sennheiser 6xx from my dac. I'll just plug the usb into the dock. When I'm playing on my tv at night ;). Great video!!
Ah he said it at the end. I was surprised that my wireless ps4 headset worked on the switch. First thing I tried. So using it for both consoles now. Just amazed by the Nintendo switch functionality.
Something tells me you're the eggface who told the executives putting a browser on a console was a bad idea. You know, despite the Wii U having the best browser ever made for a video game console. And based on the functionality of the Switch applet, it has potential to surpass it if it could only work without exploits.
word of advice for all switch owners: DO NOT USE 3RD PARTY DOCKS. it's absolutely imperative that you use the given dock or switch the board from it into a smaller case ONLY. because of the usb-c configuration nintendo put in being different from most usb-c configurations, most docks dont speak the same language and will at some point fry your switch. thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
You said you can't think up many reasons for USB headphone unless the audio jack broke but a USB port for music is exactly what I need for other reasons, for example VOEZ Switch is a touch screen only game (can't play docked) yet it's a music based game and I want to get the sound going through my good speakers while playing in forced handheld. Not sure what I need to make all that work though..
If anyone is watching this today, please DONT use a 3rd party dock! Theres been an abundance of cases where using an alternative dock can brick or damage your switch. Unless you were to transfer the internal hardware of the og dock, only use the one nintendo distributed
I don’t know why people would want to take off the handle of the Joy-Con grip. It’s there to let your fingers rest and give a level of comfort that a normal controller has.
