Hey folks! Here's a follow-up build-making guide that will show you how to make viable builds on Dream of the Wise! Build-making has never been as awesome or as easy as it was before. You can try out so many possibilities, stomp through all content, and have SO MUCH FUN!

easy. just use a combination of 7pc straw and 6 pc stick. It should work against everything except wolves. For anti-wolf build, use full brick set. :)

4:05 - wtf, there's a filter ability on my stuff in the storehouse? I've been playing for ages, and have the hardest time with finding stuff in my inventory - this bit alone has made this an A+ video for me!

Maybe even have Ultimate Stamina for AA toughness and agility for even less stagger risks etc (for the tank build)

Try replacing Mag grace with Susano for dancer + versatility.

if books of reincarnation were free or cheaper and you could get as many as you wanted you could change builds on the fly

Eventually, their cost basically feels like it's free. I have nearly a billion gold and each book costs like 10k tops.

can you also upgrade divine armor and weapons into etheral items with the stone?

Only accessories can be upgraded via the Stone of Penance. For all other pieces of equipment, you will need an ethereal piece of gear with "Rarity Inheritance" as a special effect.

unfortunately yeah. it only takes place once you can obtain ethereals which is on ng+3

Yeah, it did admittedly come out a bit late. I spent the past few weeks working on the 11th Combo Mad. I'll try to be a bit more punctual with the Dream of the Nioh version.

Ok, I've googled this, but can't find anything.. Poofer, could you pls explain what plus stone 3 means? I understand it's the hardest difficulty, but I thought DotN was the hardest. So I MUST be missing something, lol

Stone +9 on DotN is the toughest. I forget the exact numbers but its like 50% more hp and 2x the damage from enemies. It's just scaling.

@@PooferLlama Ooooh, ok! I understand, now. Crazy that it goes up to 9! I'm only on NG, so +9 kinda scares me a little bit, lmao. But I'll go as far as I can. Your vids will probably help me out a ton. And nothing against Fightingcowboy, but I actually stopped watching his Nioh vids, and stuck with yours, haha. His stuff is great, but I just prefer your vids/guides. So thanks for the reply, Poofer. Appreciate you taking the time to help me out. And of course, thanks for the amazing content. I'd say it's AAA+ quality, haha (I think that's a stat in Nioh 2, right? LOL)

My only challenge as you said is that grind, in getting the star effects you want on the accessories. Ex: takemukazuchu with zero ki and melee lightning dmg. If you know a better rng method, for which stone penance # gives the results you want. Haha, ya, it's a grind. Nice video.

@@PooferLlama pls don't get this wrong but it would be tons better to release this video first coz honestly there is no more use for it. Combo Mad is great but is just entertaining... And that's all.

I'll try that when Dream of the Nioh pops out. I understand time is of the essence with videos like these. Hopefully, it'll be of value when the PC edition drops!
