she auto tracks me no matter where and when i dodge. and she's constantly evading when i attack. she does not get stun locked she dodges out of it 99% of the time. i had more success with blocking . but minimal. also. she takes about half health per hit and im over leveled imo for this area. i do near no damage. even with living weapon.
Were they the Yuki-onna and Okatsu? One is a snow woman in the middle of a blizzard; she wouldn't wear shoes, nor would she need any footwear in that environment. The other is a former princess-turned-kunoichi inside a room covered with tatami mats. You don't wear footwear indoor, especially not on the mats.
You can wear tabi indoors, right? As for the snow woman, isn't Yuki-onna supposed to actually be a Youkai in disguise who should look like a normal woman? That's kind of the whole point of the story behind her. It's kind of ridiculous that she looks like an obvious elemental ghost monster
DGneoseeker1 Most Yuki stories those guys aren't paying attention to her feet, those women are usually extremely beautiful and easily distract the men not to mention they usually get them during a blizzard so most people are trying not to freeze to death not notice their saviors footwear
I meant her costume in general. If you met someone wearing that in the middle of a snowstorm you'd have to be pretty dumb not to realise they're not a normal person. Even without the blue skin and ice aura.
If I recall the legends correctly, most people who encounter yuki-onna are usually either already trapped in a blizzard, on the verge of freezing to death, or were lured in with the promise of shelter/sex. Doesn't exactly put the protagonist in a rational state of mind. Besides, if people did smart things, monsters would cease to be scary and slasher/ghost movies would lose their appeal..
You're an idiot. The main character is based off of William Adams, a 16th Century sailor who landed in Japan and stayed there for most of his life. He became major allies with Tokugawa Ieyasu and is recognized as the first "Western Samurai" in Japan's history. Know your history before you say stupid shit please.
13Kr4zYAzN13 Eeehhh, SoulsBorne bosses have only about double HP compared to the player (at least on NG). Once you go into the higher game cycles, their HP become comparable to Niohs bosses'.
If you get killed in two or three hits, whereas the boss can take more than 30, then it's not double HP, you dumb fuck...and some have a lot more than that.
@@NoblesseOblige-17 I mean, maybe? That doesn't really sound like a bad idea. Some of the best bossfights I enjoyed were those with a similar moveset rather than being tanks.
You know, the more I watch this fight, the more I question whether William is even fighting the real Okatsu in this scenario. When you first walk in, she is clad as she was before she ran away from home, including long hair. She casts this aside and attacks you (ignoring the editing trick), and her hair is suddenly short, like you've always seen her in this game. Afterwards, William attacks a "fake" Kelly, who is holding Okatsu hostage, but he's never seen grabbing her off the floor (and she was behind William). Also, her hands are suddenly tied up, when they weren't when she first fell to the ground. So, what do you all think? Was this the real Okatsu, being controlled by Kelly's magics (possibly by the violet hair ornament that we see as she smirks at William)? Or was this an elaborate mirage, concocted by magic, fueled by the real Okatsu's memories, and the spell was broken once the illusion was defeated?
I know it's been five years but her arms were tied up, so she would have drowned. And while William in all that gear wouldn't fare much better, at least he can try. Not that he would in those categories in that situation.
So wait wait she calls him out on his smell because he was in that god forsaken cellar and was fighting Warriors and Yokai but gets mad and calls him selfish because he left her ?
There's a lot of teasing but they don't go all the way. Although with the upcoming DLC which will lead all the way to the Osaka campaign maybe they will hook up.
+Hilversumborn Oh that's cool, I thought he ends up killing her or something along those lines cause he fights her lol, you're probably right. They are probably the origianators of the Mugen Tenshin Clan!
hehe I love the physics(?) of this game, where people can survive multiple sword thrusts through their chest, and you can impale people with a wooden sword as well.
Beautiful music however I am not sure If I like the even playing fields of this game or the unforgiving giants and devils of Dark Souls with their infinite stamina hmm...-_-
Cursed Dragon the stamina bar only really matter for certain bosses like these while others even at 0 they can still attack as usual and won't be stunned.
nonyokai - human bosses will enter a stunned state when you deplete their ki and this give you the chance to do a grapple attack, while other bosses will be staggered until they do their special move which lays down the yokai field
Abey Twabey no its made by the team that made Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive. But one of the inspirations for the mechanics which is Dark souls is made by Fromsoftware who holds the rights to Tenchu.
