I am Japanese. Please excuse my poor English. The lyrics of this song are based on the classic Japanese story "Jugemu(寿限無)". "Jugemu" means immortality. The story is about a couple who, when faced with the problem of what name to give their newborn baby, decided to name the baby after all the Japanese words for luck. For example, he drowns in a well because the people who call for help for him waste time on saying his name. Throughout the story, the whole name is repeatedly said which is also comedic.
