Exclusive from the Hard Knock TV Vaults Nipsey Hussle talks to Davey D at Russell Simmon's Get Your Money Summit in SEPTEMBER 25th, 2006. We found this tape recently and had to share with our viewers what we are willing to bet is Nipsey Hussle's first interview ever. You can tell from the jump why Nipsey has made a name for himself. Nipsey talks about jewelry being a liability, his Eritrean descent, going back to East Africa, Black and Brown relations, the police + more. Alan Smithee I love Pac, but stop acting like he was so above everyone. His bad decisions led to him getting killed. He tried to claim something he wasn’t, tried to get involved in a gangbanging life that he wasn’t part of. He jumped a real banger on camera and that’s why they got him back. He wanted to be a Piru so bad even though he already had everything, and didn’t need the Street life and that led to his downfall.

Alan Smithee yes one of his own people killed him but he helped so many people and although it’s sad that his kids are now without a father he saw the bigger picture. He wanted a better community for his kids and that’s what he strived to create. He modeled how to be a man for his kids and with each generation following in his footsteps the community will continue to get closer to how it should be. Sometimes it’s better to try than to do nothing and change nothing. He planted his seed and someone will continue his legacy. His death wasn’t in vain and the legacy he left behind outweighed the pain his death brought im sure.

That only shows even more how important and peaceful his comment was! My friends didn't hate each other, but there were definitely cultural tensions between countries.

Listen very carefully to how much motivation is in his music, and he patterned his rap career in the same way that he spoke.
