A slowed down and reverbed remix of an instrumental version Nirvana's 'Heart-Shaped Box' from their 1993 album, 'In Utero'. The film footage used in this video is found archival footage that is available in the public domain.

If you wish to hear anymore slowed + reverb Nirvana, then please do let me know. Most of their songs have been slowed and reverbed by other channels, so it's really instrumentals, b-sides and deeper cuts that haven't been done...

I actually have never heard the instrumental, mostly due to my laziness, but this is actually really enlightening, the guitar on this sounds so ghostly and spectral. I wonder what pedals he was using EDIT: would like to add that the main reason this tone is the way I described it is because of his sansamp and because of double tracking with a Univox Hi flier! I can say with first hand experience using a stock ‘67 univox hi flier :)

@@mirata7748 hey I would also like to add that he was most likely using a Univox! I recently acquired a 1967 Univox Hi Flier phase 1 and the time is almost spot on!!! I even double tracked my guitars to be as close as possible while demoing it, and it actually needs new string and a nut reglue but if you’ve been looking for that perfect HSB tone then there you have it! I need to get myself a DS-2 and a sansamp my metalzone does the job just fine but having a Ds-2 and small clone would be so much more better

Mum loved nirvana so much she saw them live many times and had a poster signed by them. 2004 she would be killed by a random person at 27 years old. Geuss she wanted to be in the 27 club. I'm 22 trying to become famous but fear too I may become apart of the 27 club
