I’ve started coming to this channel when I want to hear some nirvana live stuff. Nice to be able to look down and see the legit axes being played the way they were played for the actual show…. Ridiculous….. Said it before, I’ll say it again, we need da bass tone!!!
I used to not really like radio friendly unit shifter, but over time i really started to love it, as i kept listening to it, one of my favorites off of in utero. amazing video btw!!
This has potential to be the most accurate cover of this specific preference in history, same guitars, same pedals, same tone, just missing the amps (we’ll get there one day)
I really want to hear the demo they recorded with Jack Endino before deciding on Albini. All be it no vocals, but this song speaks sonic chaos and melody...imperfectly.
Dude I love your videos I saw this video and I gasped rfus is my favriote song it sounds so good I also use your videos to help my own sound and get my gear you are the best keep doing what your doing ❤❤❤❤
Great video, probably my favourite nirvana song live, played in my favourite nirvana live show.... always wondered if Pat played differently from Kurt and you have just proved he did, great video.
man, i love your tone recreation videos, i love how you can nail almost every tone, i really wanna get a echoflanger or a polychorus just to play rfus(my only pedal is a ds-1 lol), im saving up to buy the signature jaguar but im thinking abt doing a mod to a squier mustang to skystang 1 specs!!!
The man just keeps coming with these, absolutely brilliant. If this were audio only, I would have thought this was pulled from the actual live & loud. NirvanaBass in the future?
God i love the intro to that song. Great video man. Question for you. Would you ever do a video on the blue SG that he had? I know he didnt use it that long but it always stuck out to me cause he mostly used fenders. Love the stuff you put out and rock on.
Está es mi versión favorita de radio friendly unit shifter, hay algo en los palm mutes que hace pat smear al final q acompaña la batería y suena tan genial
@@Joshua-bo2lnfr, im not sure if its a modded sg modded or something, bc it has a neck brand that insont recognize, strat style audio jack, and double humbucker pickups instead of les paul/sg pickups, insanely unique guitar
@@SupaTNT_OG I honestly only understood some of the guitar modifications you mentioned 😂 I'm a bass player and never got deep into learning about the different types of pick-ups and whatnot. But I'm sure whatever Pat had was awesome! There's a great site that shows all of the different types of guitars a modifications that Kurt Chris and Pat all used throughout the years I forget the name of it though.
this is spot on! i just think it needs more mids and maybe low end, other than that, this is great! feels weird hearing it withoutt the reverb thank for cool video, white strat neater man.
This sounds sooo good!! Just like the original!!! When do you think you will finish rio 1993 and also please do cow palace 1993 it’s my favourite show.
Hey Eric. For the nashville on the mustang you had to drill the body for the posts?. I have the nashville bridge you linked to but the current posts ABR-1 are drilled to the body on my KC MUSTANG . ?
Hey nirvanaguitars! I’ve always like the little poppy flowers I think that’s what there called decor around ur setup. Where did you get them? I would really love to know!
Hey Eric! Hope you’re well mate! I have a question you might be able to help with. I can’t Remember where I heard this but I was under the impression Pat’s main distortion pedal during nirvana was a RAT is that right? If so I’m just wondering how your mix would’ve sounded using the RAT for Pat’s part and the sansamp for Kurt.
