I think what Nick wants us to experience from this Remix is that he didn’t change the elements of this song. He can choose to make the drop heavier and faster paced, but Instead amplified it with a ominous, slow, and creeping bass drop which makes total sense! I can totally see this song with a montage of the new Batman movie, like when Batman walks slowly to penguin after the car chase. Imagine the second beat buildup at 2:50 and Batman walking slowly to bring fear upon his villains. 🔥
