You really need to buy an dry ice blaster for restorations

I read the manual to my '90 300ZX, and it was saying to be cautious of asbestos when dealing with the clutch and brakes.

That looks like a clutch exploded and tried to escape violently. Good looking work, I'm excited for the first clutch dump!

What I’d love to see on the build: a turbo, cold air intake, AOS, high flow exhaust ( catback at a minimum), finish it with a tune. AND and new sound system w/ a phat bass in the trunk. But your only allows to play music from CDs or an iPod

Disconnect the hood switch, it’s know for killing the battery.. it keeps the security light on when the key is off

Nice going, ive just finished this conversion myself! did it with a buddy of mine who had done a number of these conversions and it still took us an entire weekedn spent under a 300zx. The conversion kit i had bought for my NA was from a TT. Had to weld the manual TT end of the propshaft to my NA one due to size differences since the bolts wouldnt line up (Once piece driveshaft on its way). Opted for a brand new alternator harness from "wiring specialties" to go with the conversion(might help with your battery drain) Look forward to the next episode !

What do you think about body kits? I used to not be a big fan because I would always just think of those boxy ones from the 90s but there’s some really beautiful stylish ones out there
