Thanks for sharing this. I've been watching your other channel for a while now and finally made it over here. I've been trying to figure out what I want to get next. I need to go to an automatic, but I didn't want to get stuck with a boring car. My short list is the 370z or a c5 Corvette. I'm now leaning more towards the 370z after seeing this and how good the padel shift is. I need to sell my current cars first. I have an 2006 Mustang Saleen, and a 01 Acura CL Type S that needs a lot of cosmetic work. Anyway, I'll be watching your progress and hopefully I'll be able to get me one soon.
@@MrHReviews that will look really good. Man, being American and the view of the video is so good, that car looking to merge from the right head on early on in the video made me jump slightly. Lol Quickly remember we drive on opposite sides. 😀
I love any review where you say something is shit, love it, dispenses with all the details just gets to the point, the brake pads are shit. :)great review i'm getting one of these badboys soon. It's either this or a Monaro, still trying to decide if i want a muscle car or not.
Good video mate and timing too, I've been toying with the idea of a 370z after driving my bro's 350 earlier this summer. Think I'll be looking to get one late spring next year...fingers crossed for another 6 weeks of summer.
Hi Mr H. I toyed a few years ago with the idea of a 370ztest drove it didn't think much of it brought a jaguar xf but after two years I decided to try a 2016 370z nismo and brought it on the spot because it felt so much better planted than the regular z. I wonder if you have test driven the nismo it's pure driving excellence also had a 335i remapped but the nismo is pure sickness try it and am sure 100 percent u would jump on it because I can see how much you enjoy your z. By the way cheap as on pcp I put 10 bags down and 205 pm on a 2016 with 9 k on clock. Nice video by the way and good colour combo with yours. Also the recaros give the car a much better experience in the nismo.
I’m looking at one of these (also in the UK) but also looking at the GT86. In terms of running costs, this seems quite expensive in comparison to the 86... Have your running costs generally been high? Any longer term issues?
I want one mate... i have mapped vectra vxr and speedwise probably not much different but years back i had a couple of fto mivecs and these things just seem like a more grown up version.. good video !
I got my auto Z coming from driving a manual Celica for 8 yrs. Scared myself going around a corner in D and it decided to downshift and kicked out the rear. Good thing I have Michelin Super Sports...
It is an awesome car you got there, plus just curious.. who actually rags about a car having “only 330hp” ? Lol, boy racers in their fart can Civics? the power delivery on any car in the low 5 second region is serious, anything faster than that is just more serious.
Good video. I had a 350z before my current Leon Cupra 300, and I'm considering going back to Z ownership. How does the performance compare to the 350Z, was it a DE you had?
Being a uk guy also my question is thus , im considering a nismo but overly worried about speed bumps, do these things cope with the average uk speed bumps ?
Honestly, my 350z wasn't scaring me anymore, this, scares me again. When you can floor your car and not be that bothered, you know it's time to upgrade some power
I'm in the UK and I use EBC yellow stuff pads, they wear in the brake rotors, but they are very good, clamp down hard. Winter tyres? Nothing specific, it's a sports car, I wouldn't recommend driving it much when it's super cold!
Yeah in that case definitely the supercharger I don't know a lot about the 370z but the problem with the supercharger is the whine but if you don't mind it or like it then is doesn't matter but you should do more car videos they are good I was going to get one of these but the subaru won me over
@@MrHVlogsMore I drive a 2014 Genesis rspec/ turbo. I know the Z for sure is faster but this one I test drove was quite sluggish. Think it had limp mode or whatever it’s called
Interesting! I've never heard of a z going into Limp mode, but with linear power delivery, it's not quite the same as a turbo, the drama of the lag and then boost, so maybe it's that feel difference that made it seem sluggish?
Honestly, not actually a problem, the long term idea is to supercharge it, and you Want the auto trans for that. I have manual cars if I want to change gears myself
Car Nonsense I think you are underestimating your American audience, I’m pretty sure they would understand . Not unless they flunked their grades at grade school 😂
@@MrHReviews Oh wow, I'm in the Tampa area and I know I've seen people drive similar models, but the heat by itself will get to 90 degrees and the humidity can bump it up to 100 degrees easily. Hell, I've seen cars needing to stop because it started to overheat and catch fire. Lol
