You’re welcome…Yes true! Nice you are still keeping yours. I have a 2009 with 205,000 and I drive it daily. Will be keeping it on the road too.👍 Have a great day!
thanks Ken! I just changed my wiper blades in my 2008 Altima and your video was the one I watched. you made the replacement take about 2 minutes to get both blades on.
Thank you for this! I love that you really took the time to get a good camera angle on how to slide it on and lock it in. I’ve never changed my own wipers but I think I can now because of this video! 🙌
Thanks for the comment, always glad to hear that it helped someone...and Good luck with your project of changing the wipers..Its not that hard at all..
Thanks Ken! I had no idea how to get the blades off of my 2009 Nissan Altima and put new ones on. I found your video and now I know. Thanks for the help!
So cool to hear hat it help you, thanks for sharing that...Amazing how easy things are when you know what you are doing!!..Good luck on your future projects
Was just told I failed inspection due to my wiper blades and they want to charge me $120 to replace them smh. Thanks so much for the video. I will definitely do them myself!
I tried today and failed to remove the old wiper blades. Now I see your videos and will try again as soon as my new wiper blades from Bosch arrived from Amazon. I pay 20 usd x each wiper. NISSAN try to charge me 95 us dollars!!! Btw thanks for shoot different angles and views. Very helpful.!!
Thanks! I will be replacing the passenger side wiper. When the wipers are on high, they make a very pronounced, annoying "whomp" every time it hits the car. Is there a way to adjust how far down the wiper arm goes so it is not actually hitting the car?
Hey I'm a college student ready to purchase my first car I'm really interested in Altimas/ Maxima's. But I've been seeing really bad viewpoints on it, Would you recommend this for a college student. You know good on gas, reliable.
I can only tell you my opinion..I have the Altima, Its a 2007, the one in the Video.. and it has 270,000 miles on it..Good on gas and she has done me well..I can tell she is getting old and will keep a sharp eye on the repairs..good luck with your choice..
I am still confused. My 2016 Altima blades do not have a shield release cover that comes over the blade insert mechanism that you have to release by button before inserting the blade. The passenger blade side is the same.
my wasn't like that.........my blade have the whole piece of metal stick with the blade..........what should I do to remove that piece of metal on my blade???
@@Backyardprojectguy 🙂 never mind I got it now….. because I thought when replacing windshield wipers that big piece of metal things that connected with the windshield wipers need to be replaced too….. but now I knew it’s not…. only replacing the windshield wipers right??? at the beginning I thought when buying the new windshield wipers they would have that big piece of metal are included too…. because this is my first time replacing windshield wipers….. thanks you for your help
If you haven't change them in a while they could be very hard to get off, because of the street grime.....You might want to go to a Auto store like (auto zone) if you buy the wipers, they will go out to parking lot with you and put them on for you..
