I have a 2013 can they cut holes in the kit to accommodate the running lights on bottom but still look good

Tire lettering... how and why did that become a thing? I'm all for customization but that may be the first (besides those lol bike racks that are never used) for me that, in my opinion, makes the car look stupid.
