I have a similar issue. I am from Sri Lanka and have a Note HE12. It is a very rare car over here. My issues is we removed the compressor for a AC issue. But after reinstalling the compressor is not turning on. We’ve checked the fuses in passenger door side compartment. Are there any relays or high voltage fuses that I should check for. Pls help.
Hello. Tell me what volume of POE oil needs to be poured into the compressor. Only the compressor is not the same as the one in your video, apparently since 22 they have been different, since on the Nissan Note e-power of 19 it looks different.
My small bearing fell apart! But the big 6204 works with noise and jerking, it was easy to find according to the model, but finding a bearing 15-37-10 is unrealistic!

Is the high temperature notification related to the engine or hybrid system? If it engine check all components related to temperature management of your car, it is hybrid system check small water pump that pumps water to cool hybrid inverter. But it could be easier if you can share its associated trouble code for precise response.

Same started to happen with mine. We removed the compressor wires, cleaned the lines, cleaned the radiator fins, oiled with POE oil, and installed it back again, but now the compressor doesn't start at all. Now diagnosing if it is electrical or software related. Will let you know. My advice don't do anything yet. Use it as it is. Also when the ac stops there is a temporary quick fix for it that I found. Pull over from the road, Turn off the car (just turning off and on the ac won't work) completely for 30 seconds or more and turn on the car back on.
Update 1: The compressor had a wiring connection issue that's why it didn't start after removing and reinstalling. But Cleaning up the connectors and clearing the codes using Advanced Diagnostic Tool with an VCI made it run. But still had the Compressor stopping when driving slow in Tropical Hot climates
Update 2: Further investigation by recreating the issue found that the compressor overheat protection kicks in at 90C that's what is stopping the compressor. Check the value of the Compressor IPM Sensor. Needs a good scanner preferably Nissan Consult 3 Plus as most low end scanners doesn't show this value. Reason for overheating is the compressor going very high pressures (200+ PSI). Need to determine if the high pressure sensor is faulty or there is a blockage in the lines. Will update further.
@@REV1010REV So the pressure sensor reading seems accurate which shows the high pressure reading above 200PSI as well. I don't know if it is the bearing, because there is no abnormal noise or vibration except the heat, need to determine if the heat is caused due friction. Couldn't check any further because of exams. Will check and update after next week.
