Hard starting after switch OFF
We replaced injection pump Japan surplus VP44
Replaced fuel filter Bosch
Intake manifold,EGR valve, exhaust pipe, intercooler and radiator cleaning,
Resealed oil seals (injectors seals glow plugs seals valve cover gasket

A la patrol debieron meter le una qd32 con turbo intercooler o un qd42 con turbo intercooler, la verdad es que el zd30 por su bomba de inyección es de las peores b4svras que puede haber

Yeah agree with that! zd30 needs a proper maintenance in fuel systems, regular replacement of fuel filters, maintain full tank capacity and regular check up on MAF sensor

Was there a keyway? Or do you just line the cutout of the shaft with the sprocket before you tighten the nut onto the shaft?

you must put a 4mm bolt on other sprocket CC before pulling out the injection pump sprocket,so that you won't missed your timing marks...

sir gup pm tanong ko lng po my ginagawa po ako na nissan patrol now ayaw lumabas ng desel sa connictor going to enjictor pero ung injiction po new calibrate po tapos wala din po check engine cheneck ko nmn ecu wala nmn sira ano po kaya posebleng problema nito pls help nmn po
