No hay piratas, hay pocos horizontes con volante a la izquierda en el mundo, pero son muy raros, por ejemplo, Kageki Racing está haciendo conversiones R34 GT-T y GT-R LHD, el juego Crew 2 también tiene un LHD R34, e inspirado en Kageki.
