From what I got to know, you can probably get Chemical Engineering at NIT Srinagar, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Agartala and NIT Calicut. You could also get Biomedical in NIT Rourkela or Smart Materials & Technologies at NIT Delhi. This is all assuming that you are Open category. Which branch are you interested in?
