The Bihar government should stop using Hindi and use its own language (magahi, bhojpuri and maithili) in its own scripts (kaithi and tirhuta).

There are more dialects than you have mentioned. Magahi, angika and surjapuri you have left out. khortha is also spoken by tribals of jamui and banka. There also exist some dialects which are nearly indistinguishable from one other, and differences are minute. They formed as a result of influence of 2 or more dialects. So it is very difficult to define actually how Many dialects are actually spoken in Bihar.

@@TRISHAKUMARICLASSIIA Such kind of nuance is not just restricted to bihari languages but exists everywhere. That doesn't meen that state language should be from outside. If you look for any linguists book they have very clearly defined that languages and dialects in Bihar. None of the other state people who have their language as state language will ever support Hindi for administrative work (bangal, gujrat,Punjab you keep counting) I don't understand why we have such an infiriorty complex with our language.

Some people in the comment section are having wet dreams that this will lead to language politics in North India. When exactly oppposite will happen. Land records are being digitised and translated into Hindi and English so that we need not use this script again.

Script is devnagari not hindi..Kaithi script is very similar to devnagari as you can see

@@abhi565b similar is different from same, like how south Indian language are similar but not same. We know the difference, That's why we still have our languages and you have lost yours.

@@fanta6789We didn't lost but we switched to the "OG" of script which was devnagari atleast in north india..Rest all the script were developed much later taking inspiration from devnagari..

@0.24 _ how you can do.reporting without proper editing . Bihar is state not district ? How can you go away from bihar approx 90 km and be in Samstipur . You need to understand difference between Patna and Bihar . Ask your editor be in good at job
