Divo/Sian/Now Apex which I own. 00:58:xXx is the time I want to do. I also haven't achieved 00:59:000 with a single car yet but I know I can with a good pc. I sometimes clocked 01:00:xXx in a heated Multiplayer in 2022/2023.

For Apex i would recommend using PN nitro from the start

Seems like apex is a better starter at sky drop cuz of its lower downforce
