I just finished Night in the Woods yesterday and let me just say i will absolutely play this game at least three or four more times! I thoroughly enjoyed this game!
I heavily encourage you to buy it and play it yourself, but if you cannot then i encourage you to watch someone play it. This may be my favorite game by far this year. I hope there is more by these developers!

I love this! Especially using the journal. Everyone always draws Mae with a bat, it's easy to forget she writes in the journal too. Also, fter the third speedpaint of NITW that starts with Die Anywhere Else, you'd think I'd be getting tired of the song. But I'm not

I think her journal was one of my favorite things. It was pretty much her, ya know? The bat was kind of more of her impulse shit where her journal was everything. (also ikr? It's such a good song and super relatable lol)

It could be your tablet configuration or if you have your correction up it could be messing it up. I find that correction is good to have on for sai or if you're really particular about line work, but i have it on 0 correction on medibang.

Meen tbh I assumed "it's just shapes" was just a reference to drawing in the nitw's style, not an artist and an hour or 2 I think from the end though. So basically it isn't an obvious spoiler of something I'm unaware of.

Hello! I use medibang aswell and just a tip for some smooth gradients, use the pencil brush and try to make a gradient with that. I'll try to explain as well as I can. But use the same color as the color you want to make a gradient with, and just act like your making that color thicker, the pencil is a bit transparent, use the eyedropper tool on that and just repeat, when your done use the blur tool on that area and it'll look like a smooth gradient

Not necessarily. Leonardo da vinci never did an animation, so :p (in all seriousness though, animation takes a lot of time and effort and sometimes certain art styles aren't meant for animation. Purely just because it could be difficult for the creator to make it with their style)
