The system consists of a fixed bed with large sawteeth, sized to match the largest product. Between these fixed sawteeth is a movable bed with identical sawteeth that move diagonally from bottom left to top right. This movement, powered by a crankshaft mechanism, ensures that with each stroke, only a single product is transported forward. To guarantee precise separation only one product is pushed forward at a time. If two products are stacked, the top product stays behind, while the bottom product is moved forward. This straightforward technology makes this machine extremely reliable and low-maintenance!
