Something to remember too, STATUS Duration also effects Shadowshift, which is why Winter is such a strong consideration for nixi builds another note on the Half-Moon Synergy for Shadowshift; since we're stacking a bit of Power Duration for Shadowshift, Half-moons are actually a Power, so the Duration also impacts them, giving even more quality of life ^^ Edit: Another Note on Half-Moons btw for people, it can proc Cutpurse, which when combined with Greed is Good = Infinite crit very early into the run (Just never attack yourself, let Dance of Shadows do it for you)

Found something cool out today, if you have all the unique items and then go ahead and sell any of them that have revive, you are almost guaranteed to get a free revive in a run from a unique drop since thats all it can give you.

Thanks for the guides Jeff, I'm going to have to try out some of these builds now because I've been stuck at darkness 80 trying out some of my own ideas, but nothing has worked out yet.

really like these videos. any chance you could give examples of the different builds for each character or maybe link to a video that shows them off if you have done one for it.

Imo trying to get as much cooldown for shadow shift doesn't feel worth it. I remember one run where I got 200% cool down reduction between my gear, legong's blessing, and shrines. Once I left Shadowshift, I would count to 4 and it would come back up. In my experience, Gem high is very nice for her Shadowshift build. Especially if I'm going for a Vortex Dash build and grab times attack. Becuase you get the extra blue xp crystals while in shadowshift thanks to dash of shadows.

Yepp. all nixi build is crippled by the dark alley not working (why is it so hard to fix that? Its not really seems like a rocket science its not working and its never worked for me) so playing as Nixi is ao a pur RNG. If she leave shadowshift in the middle of a mummy swarm you are dead for sure but also somehow its happening really rarely, for some reason while Nixi on the move and hit its remain in shadowshift more likely but if there is no enemy it switch back more likely. I tried to build up on evade but its kinda stops around 70% and because of that its not really does that much. You evade a lot but in act2 feels like every enemy has a long multi damage, super fast and has attacks will hit you anyway so something will eventually hit you, if you went hard on evade your gear barely can cover anything else so you just die and Life on Attack Hit/Kill not working during shadowshift but the Heal X Life on Kill kinda... and you can cook that against a boss especially because against the boss you tend to loos shadowshift in a much higher chance while you front of a boss with Nixi and no dash... great. Nixi last perks where used to be good before. +1 dash as final perk is pretty lame. In theory you can get Nixi with 4-5 or even 6 dashes (3 with this perk, 1 from a lucky alatar find, 1 from a legendary blessings and 1 from an item) so in theory you can have an infinitely dashing Nixi but to make that it's so depend on luck its tragic. And thats most of the reason Nixi is weak. Is so much based on luck and I am not talking about the characters utility.

Still like 1 instance of Poison Nova for the poison build. edit: Also, it is Trickster's Prescience, not presence. Prescience pronounced presh-ence = pre + science = knowing what is coming ahead. Which fits well with alterations. edit edit: Do the 2 curse of weaknesses on gear stack? If so,

Did cool off get removed from droppable gear? I sold 2 tier 1 pieces with cool off thinking I'll get another one but never did.
