Can admin pls list out this ingredient in English as well cause I don't know the English name of the ingredients even I don't get the name very in yoruba... but others are alligator pepper(atare), bitter kola(orogbo), snail shell(Ikarahun Igbin) and the last one is the one I don't get properly. He said we need: Atare (alligator pepper) Orogbo (bitter kola) Ikarahun igbin (snail shell) Grind the alligator pepper, bitter kola make sure the bitter kola is dried. Burn the snail shell and grind it to powder. Get fufu okun (cuttlefish bone), scrape it out from the bone and mix it with all the above dried powder into raw honey and start licking it.
