You should try it brother...I hope after that your mentality will change towards us people , coz mostly people consider us (mainland people) as rude nd racist but it's not true... We are helpful and hospitable too but due to some people don't blame our whole society. If you want to visit mainland anytime, always welcome you can explore my village too and stay at my home
Here in northeast you will easily get offers for food, lodging,lift etc ..Cuz we trust anyone so easily,became friendly so easily and always ready to help cuz that's how we was brought up And I want the mainland people to treat us the same when we visit there....!!!

Brother considering the election situation in wokha, I'd suggest you to stay indoors until the polling dates are over... People are quite rowdy when it comes to election in Nagaland and especially in wokha situation is very tense as of now. Take very good care and stay safe
Whatever other people might have an impression on us , I can proudly say that We Naga's are the most kind , friendly and hospitable being in the whole of Northeast . Unless we are pushed to the limit or taken advantage of ,we treat people with the utmost respect and honesty.

Nagas are kind, humble, friendly and polite but we were portrayed in many different ways in mainland India for untold reasons. The draconian law AFSPA has created many dark memories in the heart of many Nagas and for other Indian brothers too. please understand the difference between Urban Metropolitan cities and Rural villages and towns.Explore the rural villages of mainland india,people are very homogenous,hospitable,people will easily offer you a place to sleep..But dont expect this things in cities because people are goal oriented they dont care who u are
Northeast people are good, comparing to other States of India and the shop owners are also honest, if it was some other states, you would have been scammed😂, other part of India States should learn something, from the Northeast people and my humble request to the people of India, "Stop racism, towards the people of Northeast, as we are one".
