I kinda get the feeling that the body actor for The Undertaker had never seen him before and was kind of going for a lumbering Frankenstein's monster type thing. He's always got this crazy stance with the shoulders up high like a turtle retreating into it's shell

Better late than never, but since the strange mocap was mentioned in the video, I figured I'd provide some insight into who to blame. According to the game credits, the mocap for this game was done by two guys, Jonathan F. Legg and Justin Berti, who seem to be just actors rather than wrestlers. On a more interesting note, the coordinator of the season mode animation was Ryan Katz, better known to wrestling fans as either GQ Money from XPW or Wrestling Society X ring announcer Fabian Kaelin . I should note that just because there are no wrestlers listed for mocap, that doesn't necessarily mean none of them did do mocap since it is quite possible that they were just uncredited for whatever reason.

I genuinely have no idea who Rene Dupree is, but I can assume that based solely on this video, he was a top wrestler in the WWE for years

Something I find ironic is that IRL one of Cena's first challengers for the US title was Rene Dupree and in this story mode, the first storyline you have involved Cena and Dupree. And then when he won the rumble, the story going into Mania was Cena vs Dupree.
