Baldwin is like the nitty shark from a 70s poker movie. Always lying about his hands, bad dad jokes, cringy speech play... It somehow is really enjoying in this lineup.
Mike A I wasn’t implying Baldwin isn’t rich. He’s a legend in the game and known for seeking an edge in everything involving money. 15mill is obviously not nearly enough to play comfortably in this game but it’s also safe so say that this is not even close to his net-worth. He most probably made way more than this just by “arranging” these semi private games in Bellagio and Aria, let alone all these other opportunities this guy must have had over the decades.

great play by Robl, most people just flat call in that spot, but he had the presence of mind to know he had the best hand and could get paid off if he raises with a very disguised 2 pair. I know that I make 70k less than him in that spot
After playing long hours you can accidentally start thinking out loud and then you realize what you’ve said after the fact. I’ve done this in the past at a game after playing for 8-9 hours and fatigued. Probably didn’t mean to.

Not really, he saved a c-bet by not betting the flop. He lost minimum. He bets flop, Robl calls. Turn check, check. River bet, raise, and then call/fold.
@@arthurbekkerman but i think he can bet the turn - there are a lot of draws on that board that he can get value from - and on the river he has to fold - he played the hand bad - he shoud bet fold river or just check river
@@arthurbekkerman i think robl wouldve folded to a bet on the turn after a c-bet. He did not lose the minimum lol. And he didnt need to snap call the river without at least thinking about what hands hes beating

Can't believe how many comments about nanoko saying Tom will win that hand like it really matter, he folded. Guy is a pretty good commentator, not talking much, surely knows poker. Good job, him and Lex are good at it.
This is incredible and good to watch but the only problem is, it's super unrealistic for 99.9% of the people watching to ever achieve? I'm going to play in my local £2-£5 game which I play 4 out of 7 nights and my ROI is decent and every now and then the game gets big (for my bankroll) but I think the standard of play in my game is higher than this lol, but I think Aaron Zang is a super good player, reminds me of a young Dwan
Didnt that KK AQ hand run out 4 diamonds?? they did the rabbit hunt, commentator says dwan would of won, but i think it was 4 diamonds and other dude would have won with flush

Announcer says (at 38:15) Dwan would've won if he called Baldwins all in but thats not the case the run out had 4 diamonds Baldwin had K--K with the K of diamonds.
Romain didn’t have to be good one bit, just constantly having the cards. When didn’t he didn’t have the cards he was lent (2) 4’s of the flop. Best cash game I’ve seen in many moons! Sad this one is over
