You firstly need to know whether you're converting up or down. Up = Multiply. Down = Divide. Do you need to put a ZERO in front of the decimal? Do you need to leave a space between thr number and unit of measurement?

In mL M has to be small and L has to be capital otherwise answer will be marked wrong.

Appreciate the video on how to solve the problems. But correct answers are written in an incorrect manner. This will result to a wrong mark. 03:41 - should be "0.65" ("0" should be included while unit is already written outside the answer box) 05:37 - should be "20 mL" (L should be in uppercase )
