I too believe that this is a change for good...considering that in professional life be it any branch everyone needs two other subjects apart from there own stream, these are FMT (Medical ethics) and PSM (be it physician, surgeon, paediatrician, gynecologist, opthalmologist or anyone, they'll require these 2 subjects during practice) However, they should've kept these 2 subjects for only 6 months..not more than that and should've given remaining time to final prof...i also wish they should change the way FMT is expected to be learned...apart from usual stuff learned in FMT, more emphasis needs to be given to medical jurisprudence (law and ethics for medical professionals) which all of us are in dire need in current circumstances

@@abhijitkundu5144 Koi bhi Chapter padh ke revise karna and then Question practise uska then chapter wise test dena. Try karna ki accuracy 80 85 percent se upper rhe. Ncert padh sako to sare subjects ki padh lena. Organic and Inorganic with biology to must hai. Physics ki atleast summary padh lena. Btw maine pura padha tha

Just becoz aiims used to do it doesn’t mean it shud b gold standard .. tbh. It is good or bad I don’t know but all the people who are entering mbbs will adjust. That’s the nature of any human. And anat physio wont come .. this is not very true.. they will ask question in such a way that one needs the knowledge of the basic subjects fully .. they have been doing this even in neet pg 2021 2022 and probably in 2023.
AIIMS used to do it shows it isn’t as bad as people making it out to be. Never said it to be good standard 🙂 And 10% basic Sciences easily get covered with the main Sx and Medicine
Surgery itself is a vast subject. Already Anesthesia another major subject is put along with it. Dermatology and psychiatry are another two vast subjects that are put along with Medicine. They could have put easily these subjects in the 3rd prof Part 1 along with eye and ent. Instead they are putting it in 3rd prof part 2. And he is so enthusiastic cause AIIMS does this. Its about evenly distributing the subjects so that there is no sudden pressure and people can learn well. Anyway, Medical science in India is a jumbled up thing.
As an FMG students we already had being going through form this .... thatx was really alot of pressure...i don't knw during exams itx possible to go through the whole syllabus ..
Sir in mp books in hindi medium have been for the first year subjects. I am bit scared that they will only teach in hindi. Do you think the same way or will we get on option to choose??
Go online and search NEXT 1 exam pattern. It doesn’t have 1/2nd proff. And I never said to ignore 1/2nd proff - just told to do standard textbooks but no need for coaching.
4th year is over loaded this way and your logic of freeing up 3rd year for this sake isnt a great trade off as already 3rd year was easy & comfortable!
Hello Dr. Can a gazette notified clause prescribing ENT and Opthal Exams in Final Part I can be enforced to implement through a executive/ administrative decisions to shift in Final year adding burden with out amending the gazetted clause ?
Hello Bhaiya.... 🙂 Can You Please Tell us that this change start from 2022 batch or earlier batches also of mbbs. Or The earlier batches like 2020,2021 will follow earlier routined subjects which was given earlier.

The problem is Medical College is Fining Rs.500 for not attending Morning classes(a new way of earning money in private college)....though its totally a student's decision to do only 75% attendance as per NMC norms....they even held a notice to each student...Please help me sir how may i contact you😭😭😭

hello sir , i am 22 year old .i am 5-9 in height & weigh 90 kgs . overweight. i have constipation for last 4-5 months wherein my poop comes out semi solid . i have to go twice & it's impossible to clean the stool without having to do manual evacuation.apart from that i pass gas . i used to have watery farts too although they subsided after i gave up tea & curd. there's no bleeding though. for last 3-4 days , i have been having a very mild abdominal pain that migrates from below navel to above . please help by suggesting what could it be .i seek your opinion as healthcare available in my locality is not very good .please reply . thankyou
