Please one question about the medication paracetamol that was given before was it in your question? That the medication was given before ? Because I can’t find where it was documented it was given before by 11:00 ? Instead there is a code 2 meaning the patient was out of the ward at that time Please 😢reply me I’m having my OSCE soon thanks🎉
Thank you for this fantastic presentation, please my question is ' can I code medication that is under regular but is BD and I am are required to serve 12 hour medication ?
Time for medication round, 14:00Hr STAT: IV pcm 1000mg given @ 11:00hr. Regular: Tab Pcm 1000mg QDS @ 14:00Hr…. However, it’s just been 3hrs since the last dose was given. Hence, we CODE. My question: Aren’t we supposed to code 10 and write not yet time instead of code 5 (which is STAT dose given) when Pcm is a QDS drug? Judging from your previous video on HOW TO CODE. Pls, I need your opinion 🙏🏾
