This is so perfect! Just literally last week I dusted off my 2 older Lily Allen albums and just really got heavily back into Lily! Imagine my surprise when I got a notification of her new song today and I didn't even know she was dropping a new album this week ...eeee so excited! Also, how does she manage to stay so beautiful and young?!?! I'm a similar age and beauty is definitely fleeting ahhgh
I like how casual she is. Just all over: her attitude and her clothes. She's just like, "yeah man, so I made an album, and, like, I sort of like it but I sort of don't care, so y'know, yeah."
get her new album folks its fucking beautiful and authentic as hell, listening to it every night while watching the TV series Skins for two weeks or week and half lol is a great combo, and Lily she's going to come out full swinging, its an incredible album and with the tv series skins a tour de force.
Actually Lily has not shy away from hip hop , When you listen to songs like knock them out , Silver spoon and so on she is rapping , and doing a pretty good job too i might add . ( She even has a 50 cent cover haha )
I love this album so much. You can tell she just wrote an emotional album that presents actual ‘stuff’ that we can relate to. Makes a change from the usual mass produced Ear bore that seems to plague the charts lately
It's about time mainstream media is paying her some attention, hopefully they appreciate her for what she's done. Let's just hope she can save pop again, any maybe this time be NOTICED for it.

Jon Bushell it is very sad, but I do think Lily is very original and genuine. she's obviously gonna sound just like every other pop star at some points because they work in the same industry, under the same terms and circumstances.
