I am a Grammy. I’ve been prepping for several years. I have extra clothing for all my grandkids, and everyone else in my family. I have a garden and have been canning constantly to the point that I am running out of storage room. I feel overwhelmed land losing control of my home . But, I continue prepping because I know my grandkids will need it all in the coming days. We are debt free. Today I had a neighbor call asking for food. It was shocking to know how close we are to a serious crisis in this country.

I lost my husband Monday we were together for 50 years. It's really hard to accept but I know I have to.

Joseph had to prepare! Noah had to prepare! We are to prepare!

The Holy Spirit is revealing that our nation is dealing with a demonic spell. What has been unleashed on our nation is unprecedented. Stay strong and keep the faith.

LOL nobody dares to vocally within my hearing to make comments about my preparations or beliefs, I am not afraid to speak up and they don't want to hear it from me! I was raised in foster care starting at 6 years old, moved 9 times and lived with 7 different families in 5 years and had nothing, it makes me feel better and less stressed to know that I have backup. I retired last November, and I will be 68 in 2 weeks, I have physical issues, so backup reduces anxiety-it's a win!

I’m pretty thick skinned, I don’t pay attention to the bullshit. I know what I have to do for my family so I do it. I let God direct me in my decision.

Yesterday, I was teaching a CPR class to a bunch of nurses. Normally, we never talk about things that could be touchy, however, we got on the conversation about the demonic spirits that are rampant in our country. it was so refreshing to have others see what we are seeing. We all agreed to pray for our country.

Yesterday my housekeeper was here (I do not need one, but a friend said this young momma needed the job). I was canning and she told me that she was afraid she would have to go to the food bank this winter. I asked why, she said her husband’s work is seasonal and he would be off this winter. So I asked her what does he do all winter? She said he just hangs out. I had to take a step back before I opened my mouth. So I asked her why doesn’t he get a winter job? I know plenty of farmers that could use extra help, or the factories are advertising for workers. The response what “ He doesn’t want to”. I then said, I am going to say something and it may hurt your feelings, but please know I don’t care. It is your responsibility as a parent to provide for your children, food, water, shelter, healthcare, not mine, not the governments. You better get your head out of your butts and get busy. No one is coming to save you and times are going to get harder. He should be ashamed of himself for not being the man of the house and providing. Then I told her, your kids are in school, get a 11-7 job at the nursing home, the school is advertising for kitchen help, for all that is holy do something instead of complaining. I wonder if she will come back?

The devil has been let loose and we’re the warriors that will stand against him. Keep being the light.

Please pray for my aunt Betty. I am hearing that they are moving her to hospice, she had a stroke last week, and a week prior I lost two ants in a week. They both were 86

Patara this is a great video. I quit caring what People OF the World thought of me years ago. I am Not Of the World. I just happen to live around these numb skulls 😂. 2 weeks ago my daughter said she needed 3 processed chickens and could I take them out of the freezer to thaw. I said "Hell No"!! There are only 4 of them so I knew it was for a get together her Mother-in-law was cooking for.. I told my daughter I raised those chickens to feed us and if her Mother-in-law needed chicken she can go to the grocery store and buy it!! I am not in the business of helping her keep up her "princess" status! I am not afraid to speak my mind. No one but me bought the feed and cared for those chickens. I will Not be taken advantage of.. the line in the sand was drawn that day.

I have gone through this with a family member, one that I love very much. I have had to forgive this person, God’s command for us to do. I will not allow this person to be a part of my life any longer. God told us that we have the right to say we don’t want people in our life if they are not making us a better person. We don’t need negativity.

I don’t even tell people I prepare except my mom who lived through the depression. I’ve said my bit about that to people over the years and was snickered at. No more. I do not even justify it to my husband. I am hunkering down making the most of my resources especially food. How can people not see whats coming? Just look at real estate new listings and sales. Its SLOW. I learned from the last crash how we needed to pay everything off. We breezed through that, paid off all debt, bought a fixer on land.

Wisdom and Grace should be gratefully accepted whenever it is extendeded. Thank you Patara. 💕🇺🇲🙏

Patara, You speak to my soul!! Yesterday I had to ask my gf to leave my home because of how disrepectful she was to me because she could not accept I have a very different (political) view from her. She instantly stopped and acknowleged her way and apologized! Others will respect you as much as you respect yourself! Also, I have learned to love my family and long time friends but have become more intentional on who I spend my time with. Would love to have lunch with you one day!! The drive from VA to TN is gorgeous!!

I got another 9 pints of pink eyed peas canned yesterday, and this evening I prepared beef fat and put it in a crockpot for tallow (my first time ever) and will jar it up for long term storage. I have canned , dehydrated, and frozen something every day. I'm working on elderberry for the last 2 day's. I've been greatly blessed with alot of elderberry this year

I don’t share info about my preps except with those I trust--and most of them don’t know what I have. So, I don’t get a lot of shade thrown on me from others. It is just me and my hubby now, and I still can, though not as much. Right now, I'm concentrating on my home apothecary. I have added quite a few new herbs to my garden, having success with most, and saving seeds where I need to. Nearly all of them have a beautiful flower, so that fulfills my need for color and beauty, plus feeds the pollinators. My dehydrators are going so much of the time! I also make as much of my own seasonings as possible, that way I know where all the little things in them came from. Little by little, I'm kicking out the poisons that are hiding in our food supply. I have some tomatoes to can, and peppers. My cabbage did really well. But my corn, canteloupe, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, and winter squash were all a bust this year. I live close to a bulk food store that offers a nice farmers market, so I visit them pretty often to fill in the gaps, which makes it nice. Think I'll get more peaches from them and can them. I don’t need to can apples this year, or pears. The Lord is taking good care of us, as usual, and I praise Him!

I was praying and heard plain as anything, “greater is he within you than he that is in this world.” That was very comforting as well a great reminder to me with all that going on in this world and has yet to come. So wanted to pass this along as a witness and hopefully a comfort to others.

When I first started preparing, my daughter used to say it everything would be fine. Well awhile back, I ended up getting a sense of urgency and amped up my preparing. Now, she doesn't say it anymore, because she sees some of the stuff going on. There are still some things I would like to learn to do or prepare for. I also try to purchase clothes on clearance that we may need or use.

Well I got to brag, I scored with some Underwood deviled ham 4 packs. Walmart had them for a 2.60$ on the sale rack and they're good until 2028. I just tell the naysayers (only a few know) that they’d better hope they’re right about not needing to prep because if they’re wrong, they’re gonna be in trouble. If I’m wrong I just have an abundance of things i normally use anyway. Speaking to a vet nutritionist about how to make very nutritious dog food in case of supply chain disruptions that could last many, many months.
