Crazy these CBS make zero mention of Shead playing hurt, J’Wan Robert’s playing the 2nd half with one hand after receiving 7 stitches at halftime, 7th man backup center Jo Jo Tugler out, Ramon Walker out, and starting center Javier Francis fouled out with 6 minutes left. “Survive” is right.

It's premature to say Tennessee is about to win the SEC title. They have to play at South Carolina on Wednesday--a team that beat the Vols in TBA. If the Gamecocks beat them and win out, then UT loses to Kentucky, followed by Bama losing at Florida, then South Carolina will win the SEC.

but SC is bad

Well this is what sports media does, they make confident guesses. Tennessee should probably beat SC, but much props to SC and they may indeed win. I think Tennessee takes revenge, but who knows? They play for a reason

@@knoxvillian-rm1ic Did you check the score of the first game between SC and UT in Knoxville? If we're bad, what is your excuse for losing to us?

@@USCndaATLsame reason we almost lost to Missouri and lost to A&M lol. Sometimes upsets happen. That doesn’t mean they’re better than them

@@willcampbell2485 All it takes is one game. One game in Columbia, South Carolina, this Wednesday night. If you don't think the Gamecocks can win it, then you probably didn't think they could win at Knoxville earlier this year. South Carolina has already proven they can beat Tennessee because they did do it. It isn't far-fetched to think they can't beat the Vols at home on Wednesday night.

The one true hallmark of Nate Oats Alabama teams? No, you guessed wrong. It is not the offense. It is their consistently BLATANT disregard for taking care of the ball. They aren’t really a serious team. I’m a big fan. I want them to do well. But Oats’ teams have no chance of going deep in the NCAA Tournament. They have absolutely No CHANCE of winning a national championship. Until they are willing to fight for loose balls. Until they decide they are going to protect the ball. Until they decide to eliminate the constant lazy, sloppy, careless turnovers. They will NEVER, EVER, win in the big tournament. Tonight they played a team that is serious about winning. Not like them, a team that cared more about looking like The Cheese by making one handed grabs at loose balls (only to consistently lose them to the team that went after the ball with conviction) Tonight they played a disciplined, championship caliber team. Not like them, a team that thought if they are closest to the ball the other team will just let lhem mosey over toward the ball to get the rebound or lose ball without a single-mindedness to make sure they took possession of the ball (only to find the other team really knows how to win and goes all out after balls no matter who is closest to the ball originally…..and therefore consistently had their effort rewarded by taking possession of a ball Alabama should have possessed) Oats has had one serious, true championship-caliber player, when it comes to making plays that ensure wins. Herbert Jones. He would fight. He wasn’t more worried about looking cool. He was worried about winning. Period. And he made the basic, fundamental, blue-collar plays game in and game out that differentiate a talented team that has a gimmick that can help them win in the regular season against average to slightly above average teams, even in their league play, but has no chance when they play the teams that have mature, serious, tough and tough-minded players who work as hard to make the basic game-winning plays as the ones that get oohs and ahhs…….in their defeats.

True. But Tennessee didnt shoot well and blew a lead with 2 and a half minutes in the first half. Some really poor decision making that will cost Tennessee in the tournament.
