My booking clearly says you get access 3 hours before flight time not 3 hours access but if flight is late leaving you just stay in lounge until flight finely leaves

What I do is,I say my flight is earlier when I book it so I can get the full 3 hours

I dont think anyone should be expectng No1 Lounge to be orvery near the best.That would obviously belong to first and business class lounges

Fly business and get in a proper business lounge. To get away from the main departure lounge is worth the money it costs. Sorry were you expecting smoked salmon and champagne for £33 each 🤔
