Ayurvedic practitioner here.... we believe that MOST health issues start from weak or imbalanced digestive fire. This can then create toxins which slowly get deeper into the tissues if not treated.. These toxins can settle in different areas for different people, so some people may outwardly have good looking skin, yet have issues in other more “unseen” areas. Skin can be one indicator that digestive fire is effected which according to Ayurveda DOES also effect the ability to digest and process emotions as well as mental clarity. ❤❤❤❤

The magnitude of maturation from age 18 to 21 might be about the same as from age 3 to 6, but we experience it at far less because it’s just a small part of our collective memories. This includes our functional memory - the repository of those things we do without thinking much about them like driving - and our ability to decide to learn new things.

Lets not forget that stress does not only comes from work or daily life. It mainly come s from not having a strong emotional support system. If jm stressed at work and come home to a loving husband or family idgf about stress or work related issues. If im in a fast faced work but come home to a calm home, loving animals or humans lol the my cortisol levels will remain even. But also working more rhan 6 hrs for women is draining bc our. Bodies are not designed to work until failure. We have 4 weeks where each week our hormones change. So this should be taken into account to

I even know answers to questions I have no knowledge about when I take quizzes online. It's quite amazing to listen to this with no criticism on the socio-political and ideological structures of capitalism to health - we live in a global society where profit is valued over human and non-human life. This has shaped our cultural, economic and political landscape for generations, we need more discourse on alternative / dialectical structures... more socialism over capitalism.

I generally agree with Dr Tara. However, I believe she is incorrect in saying at 1:55 that reading a full newspaper today would be more information than someone received a hundred years ago. That's simply not true. Let's just talk about the USA... It's clear to anyone who studies history of a hundred+ years ago that, although there were times when only wealthy people received a full education, a hundred years ago in the States, even common people were quite well educated. Most people were literate, and the average student was exposed to philosophy, science, religion, history, and chronology, among other subjects. Not only were they receiving lots of information, but the quality of the information far exceeds that of your average school today. I have copies of secondary school exams from 100-150 years ago that would stump even the most intelligent people today. I find the idea that we're so knowledgeable now as opposed to people centuries ago laughable and dishonest.

I doubt that Tara gave misinformation !💓 based on her decades (+ decades of training & medical experience!💓

@@user-qu2cx7cd3w She did I'm afraid, and I read the research papers that discredit her comment. Don't assume that just because someone has years of experience, they are right about everything they say with conviction 🙃

If you think about it, you are dumb. So she’s said something incorrect, that means everything else she said was incorrect? By default, everyone who has ever lived, even the smartest person, has been wrong about stuff. By your logic, nobody has credibility.

I don't think "remembering" a girl that has been groped that most men are good is an appropriate way to react. Like I don't know a single woman that hasn't been a victim of s*xual violence and boundary crossing... Hope it at least wasn't the only thing that she said since the focus shouldn't be on men in this scenario

As someone who used to be a fan of law of attraction and then became a Christian, I am not happy to see how widespread and accepted law of attraction ideas has become. All I can say is people need to look up some Christian exposes on law of attraction and the New Age in general. This stuff is not what it appears to be and it won't take you anywhere good.

Fuck! I have to take artificial cortisol every day to live with autoimmune disease. I’m sure it’s fucked up my skin and probably everthing else but otherwise I’d be in bed 24/7. Prednisone very bad for the body.

Thanks Tara my 1st time here - great channel. Guys, if you want a nice girlfriend treat her like a human being not an avatar/porn star. We need attention/courting, safety and love to get naked with someone. ❤
