I am a composer from Norway and I started this channel with a simple vision: to create a place that you can visit in order to chill out & relax. I compose music that can be labeled as for example: sleep music, calm music, yoga music, study music, peaceful music, beautiful music and relaxing music. I love to compose music and I put a lot of work into it.

I am just wondering what frequency this sound is in ...... Yes, this is no doubt beautiful and relaxing music, as there are many out there, yet certain pieces in this channel is truly soothing in an ethereal way ... almost (or actually?) healing to the spirit, therefore I think the frequency of this sound has something to do with it. In any case, I am glad to have discovered this channel ... because I have been experiencing much difficulty with falling asleep or sleeping deeply this past few years due to much stress in life, plus I am sure hormonal changes would have something to do with my sleep problem. Listening to this music (*at very low volume*), I've noticed that I can fall asleep quite easily now regardless of a stressful day, and my sleep quality seems to be much better. :) I've learned that having good quality sleep is extremely important to health, because it is during sleep that our body repairs itself. So thank you for providing an aid to our well-being!

Im from denmark and i have adhd and really love this track/song/number because makes me really relaxed and i use this 1 when i shall sleep, makes me really calm, so i thought vould you make more of this kind of music, plz with no pianos, some how i cant relax to pianos, but this kind of low slow relaxing sleeping music but on atleast 6hours and more
