If it's 3 am and you're struggling to fall asleep, don't stress .... just lie down and listen to the music and breathe....slowly in thru your nose as your belly rises as you count to 5.....and then exhale slowly thru your mouth to the count of 5. Don't worry if you will fall asleep. Just lie still and let your body relax, you're OK. Just resting is enough right now. Keep breathing. You are doing great. You are safe, secure and loved.

I’ve listened to many chillout mixes over the last year and this is by far one of the most composed pieces of work I’ve come across. The waves softly crashing with the touch of the piano in the background. My six year old girl won’t go to sleep without meditation / chillout mix. A healthy mind is a healthy child. 😍😍. Well done squire. The minority that have clicked dislike....... seriously have a word with ya self and crawl back under your little fragile rock. 😱

I fall asleep to this video almost every single night. The music is calm and gentle, without any piano sounds to jolt me awake, and it's dark enough not to bother me too much. (Slightly darker would be even better, though. The people who make all the different sleep videos seem to forget how hard it is to sleep with bright light shining on your face, or flickering / changing light.) Alhamdulillah.. this music really suits me and my baby. My baby sleeps 10 minutes after listening to this and he stays asleep for 2 hours before getting up to feed. Normally, he would take 30 to 60 minutes to fall asleep. I becomes sleepy too but manage to force myself to stay awake so I can do my work. I am forever grateful for this music. ❤
