My 2004 Honda CRV was not pushing ANY air out of the vents when I turned the air to low, high, or anywhere in between. No noise, no nothing. What I had to do was replace the Motor Blower Resistor which is located under the glovebox in the car. This video shows how to do that #NotACarGuy
I bought this right here: Blower Motor Resistor Compatible with a.co/d/fp2B9mX.
Comment with any questions and I’ll try to help!

Thanks for showing this. How did you narrow down the culprit? Did you test relays or switch or did you have another way you diagnosed it?
