So exactly how does the lint leave the vent when it has a grill at the end of the pipe? Keeps out the birds but keeps in the lint. Does the homeowner know that he has to clean the grill weekly, or will you just let it fill with lint and get another service call? There was very little lint in that vent pipe, only a bird's nest which you could have reached in and removed.
I am actually the 3rd guy who came here from couple of month to fix this issue.
