this was actually helping me for a lil bit then my friend mentioned the sound thingy.. i had it set to my headset n not the tv lmaoo.. ended up getting it to work, jus having trouble opening the 4k capture thing now.. thank you so much nonetheless
9:41-9:52. Literally the ONLY thing getting in my way. I've done it on two different laptops, a Lenovo and an MSI, and this was all I had to do to get the game audio. BTW, I use HD60X rather than the 60S+ I appreciate you so much man! You're awesome stay blessed 🙏

But then quickly frustrated since it didn’t work. Even more frustrated when I called el gato and they were no help at all 😭. THANK YOUUUUUUUU!!! I manage to fix it somehow, though I don't know what happened. I went to sounds and checked "listen to this device" and IT GAVE ME THE SOUND BACK, BUT it was playing it twice. Don't know why so I unchecked the box again and this time it got rid of this double sound, but it didn't take it all. Basically, it was fixed. I really don't know what was wrong, but you somehow gave me the tools to fix it. Thanks man, this is "The fix". Maybe you talked about it later in the video, but I didn't stick around when I saw that it was finally fixed, sorry about that😅.
Thanks for sharing Fernando. The Video outlines a series of troubleshooting steps as everyone has different tweak that needs to be done and some may have to do them all. But that feeling when it’s fixed is a great feeling. 🙌

I was having similar issues and this helped some; however, my capture card isn't showing under the Audio Input for the mic. My default is my JLAB microphone.
Man you just saved my life literally in the first 3 minutes. 5 days ago I got a capture card and it was working just fine and then I casually switched my USB ports with my focusrite because of ease of access and cable management. I went to bed and the next day my card had completely stopped working. I looked everywhere and for the past four days I never once thought to make sure I had it in the right usb slot. I feel so dumb but so relieved 😂😂😭. I play on series x so you were literally my last hope. Thank you so much man! I subscribed immediately😂.

Man! I thought the final driver was going to be it! Audio worked for a couple seconds but then shut off. :/ I'm seeing if perhaps the USBs fell asleep? idk man. Pretty frustrating. Thank you for your help!

ok so I'm alil embarrass to say this but this kinda was a fix for me because I was having the same issues on the ps5 but you using the elgato as a mic is a good idea i went to try it and it wasn't popping up so i had the idea to check my devices in my pc settings and saw it was disabled..... so if it wasn't for you saying that i would never had gotten the idea to check if I allowed my elgato as an audio source.. so even tho is video didnt really help me but it helped me lol thanks my guy
ok so i didnt know you also mentioned to make sure it was enabled in the video i was going along with you and figured it out half way through but again thanks
just connect the sound directly from the gaming computer to the streaming computer and the sound issue is solved! gaming output and streaming input and that's it, but of course via the mixer
