Was not able to get my sound back, had updated the drivers via software and in the process of doing so, 3 Audio drivers were updated and normally would have had access to roll back the drivers but somehow did not get that option this time around.

Is there any yellow exclamatory mark in device manger after expanding audio sound and video controller? Secondly reset your windows update and next time either do not download updates and if updates are installing do not intrupt them because they corrupt the system files if stopped in between
