This recipe will give you so many ideas to recreate your own⭐
*Springform mould/ cheesecake mould or the easiest way use deep dish lined with cling wrap
*For Base:
Use any biscuit of your choice
Candii/lotus/marie/digestive/oreo
Crush them with the help of
Rolling pin
Or food processor
Quantity for 8 inch pan
25 biscuits crushed.
Mix them with 1/4th cup of melted butter (you can use any, salted/unsalted)
Place the crushed biscuits in the pan and make a base by pressing it with any spatula or back of a glass.
Refrigerate it till you work on another layer.
*Now:
!!YOU CAN USE HANDWHISK TOO, BEATER IS NOT COMPULSORY!!
Beat 200ml unsweetened cream (1 packet) (olpers/milkpak/etc) for 2 minutes.
Add 200 grams cream cheese. (I have used irani brand, Ramak) You can use homemade too
Mix it for another 2 minutes.
*Now:
Add Half cup of any melted chocolate, options:
Cooking chocolate: dark or milk
Dairy milk: plain or with dry fruits
Nutella or any hazelnut spread
Lotus spread
You can add loads of oreo chunks too
For plain vanilla flavor don't add anything expect vanilla essence
*Now:
1 tsp vanilla essence
3-4 tbsp condensed milk/use powdered sugar
Mix
*Now
Heat 4 tbsp water.
Water should be extremely hot.
Add 1 tbsp of gelatin.
Mix till dissolved
Add hot gelatin to the batter, give a good mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
Tap and refrigerate overnight.
Or else freeze it for 4 hours or till its set.
Decorate as per your choice:
Chocolate dripping
Crushed biscuits
Roasted Dry fruits
