Recipe for 20cm in diameter mold:
Base
200g ground cookies
100g melted butter
Mix the ingredients and press the mixture into the bottom and the sides of the mold.
Put in the fridge to set.
Cream
200g cream
1 vanilla sugar
200g dark chocolate
50g butter
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and place in the microwave. Stir until the mixture becomes uniform.
Transfer the mixture into the mold and place in the fridge to set.
Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and strawberries.
