So you don't want to heat up the kitchen, but you DO want some good-for-you treats around to stay on track with your health goals? I have a solution for you! Try these 2 no bake recipes that are healthy, fun, & delicious!

Cookie Dough Bites:
1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
¼ cup peanut butter powder
3 Tbsp. dry rolled oats
2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 to 2 tsp. liquid monk fruit sweetener (or 1 to 2 packets powdered
stevia) -- I used 1/4 cup pure maple syrup!
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
3 Tbsp. cacao nibs or chocolate chips
Fudge Pops:
3 Tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup / 80 ml unsweetened almond milk
1½ cups / 370 g reduced-fat (0 or 2%) plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. liquid stevia (optional) -- I used 2 TB of pure maple syrup!
