I have a confession to make: I feel confident with cooking, but I don't feel the same with baking. However, baking is a journey for me and I'm not gonna give up! Today I challenged myself and tried ‪@gabiekook‬ (she and her husband are one of my favorite food content creators) no oven lemon tart. It didn't turn out perfect - but it was delicious! 🥰

the swiss meringue was a challenge but it's really good! i also love lemony desserts, like lemony sorbet, lemony ice cream, lemony candy and the list goes on haha
