Jokes aside, he is VERY efficient. In his story quest, you can see that he tries to avoid burnout and overworking as much as possible. He hands tasks to Ayaka, Thoma and the Shuumatsuban to balance things out. Heck, his father LITERALLY overworked himself to death which is why he tries to not follow the same path. He has a good work-life balance
