Just forget about everyone. Stay in your own little world. I have a friend who was really down. Then heard a song that triggered more sadness. I refused to let her be sad and I told her listen to it with a twist. Put a spin on it dance to the song in a silly way. In the middle of a Walmart aisle we waltzed by ourselves side by side. Made her laugh. It's ok to feel all emotions. Just don't let them run your life.

I’ve been following you for years now, and i’ve always loved the fact that you’re able to go out and be yourself - alone, without needing the company of someone else (from what i can see) ❤️ I also really enjoy doing things alone, but i feel like so many people rely on others to live their lives, and they always react a little shocked when i say i go shopping by myself all the time - and i prefer it that way 😅 there’s something empowering about having the ability to face the world and all the people just as myself, and not with anyone else for comfort.
