I normally don't comment on these videos, but I have been binge watching all your videos and I'm learning so much! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge ❤️
Just ran into your channel and I love love love you and your personality sis 😍 Been binge watching your videos and today's highlight was that I did the cheers and sip tea thing with you😂😅💕
Thanks once again for a very informative and educational video🌻🌻 Key take aways: 1. You are 100% Tsonga and proud of it. Thank you for that, most of our people don’t take pride in being Tsonga which is sad 😢 2. ALWAYS negotiate and be patient while doing it. Your ego might get bruised in the process but the reward is big. 3. Do REALLY consider private sellers, cutting out the agents mean cutting out their commission from the seller’s price thereby giving u more power to to negotiate a better price. Additions: 1. If you don’t have a Tsonga mother 😂😂😂, or anyone knowledgeable on house market trends, you can hire an independent evaluator to see what the market value for the area and property is. 2.Also consider getting an engineer to assess the property for issues with the ground and foundation. Thank you Tisa 🖤🖤✨
Si’la!!!!!!!!! You always radiant positive vibes only babe! I love the outfit please yhu awusemhle 😍😍😍 and of course I am so happy the property series is back yaaaaaaaay!!! Please share management tips whether its best to go with a property manager vs managing it on your own esp for expats ❤️
Awww hun ☺️✨✨✨ thank you for this hype up, you should see my face right now, typing with a smile. So property management, I have a friend that also in China that’s using a property agent for management, she pays a certain percentage, I’ll talk to her more about her experience, I personally just have super awesome parents that have been really doing all the work. Thank you for always raising great topics to be discussed, we shall get to this 🏡✨
@@chatwithtisa I initially wanted to go w/ a property manager esp since I am here, but kwi emails eish she had no sense of urgency and that is my deal breaker. In the end I deal directly with the tenants (rental/ any repairs etc) and my mom pops in once in a while. I also drafted my own lease agreements, insisted on deposits Cape Town style 😩😅 to safe guard myself and them. Bless our loved ones for being supportive. It means so much🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Lol! You are funny hey. It's our favorite Tsonga gurl! Congrats on your acquisition, ba gofile yone mahala ne? You keep inspiring and for that thank you and wish you more acquisitions of this sort, maybe the entire block next time and much respect to your mother as well. Maybe a separate channel "Property chats with Tisa and Mom" is born.😁🇿🇦🤝🏾👸🏾🌹
You know what, I used to be so good at a lot of South African languages, and I want my ability back shem, our languages are beautiful. Thank you for reminding me how to say it, it was locked somewhere in my brain 😅 Lol they didn’t give it to us for free, more than any we helped them out a lot and I’ll disclose that bit later in another video. Imagine owning that whole street, thank you for the blessings 😇 and well wishes✨ When I’m back home I’ll have to ask mom if she feels comfortable being featured, it might take some convincing but maybe she’ll do it for me, there’s so much she has done and taught me. Thank you Neo ☺️✨
Thank you so much ses very much informative. I just randomly came across this video and I am in the process of selling my house privately. This came at the right time thank you so so much 🥰
Thank you so much for these tips/ hacks. I even ask the agent about the ad response in addition to how long its been on the market. You are so right about being young and not taken seriously, oksalayo ke we are buying these properties. Re batla properties one by one!!!!!!
See I didn’t know about that, it only hit me when I looked again last week and saw that it’s been on the market since 2016 🙃 Oksalayo one by one neh! 😄😅 Thank you hun ❤️
@@chatwithtisa You might think its a costly mistake, but I trust its a gem ❤️🙏🏽 You will reap the benefits Mama. Re: lawyers, *huge sigh* 😩 Aowa let’s become lawyers once babe ngoba the fees zifuna iheist kaloku 😭😂😅🥺😩Sizwe Dlomo washo vele we all need a LLB sahleka sendza iBBL🤣🤣😂😂
You know what neh, it’s really drained my energy, I’ve been feeling like we’re not moving forward, but giving up was never an option, we get the things we fight for.
The seller is the ones who must appoint the transferring attorneys. The buyer pay transfer costs. The higher the price of the house the more you pay for transfer and bond costs you pay
