To say that this is illegal at most comps is just ill informed. Sure at ibjjf but in grappling industries and naga these are legal at blue and up. Learn then now or get caught with them in your next tournament

@@UserName-ln5ol The position is called spider web. Yes it's for arm bars, slicers, triangles, lot of different finishes you can do right there. Pretty easy position to get to and one you should definitely learn if you're starting out training
