No Canadian Waters: 1,000 Islands around Grindstone Island 

As of August 2020, U.S. recreational boaters were still not allowed to cross the international maritime boundary line between the U.S. and Canada. Everyone has friends who have gotten $1,000 or more tickets to pay. This is a video to show that you can make it around Grindstone Island, NY without crossing the international maritime boundary line.
