A Stark County grand jury issued a no-bill Thursday for Canton Police Officer Garrett Marino, declining to charge him for the Dec. 5, 2023, shooting death of a man found to be armed with a pellet gun.
I feel horrible for her that she lost her son. I worry every day about my troubled son. But here’s the thing. She said that he wasn’t a danger to Marino, right? Well, he felt a threat when the man turned around. And there residents that flagged Marino down out of fear because he was brandishing a gun. So it’s not just Marino that Marino was concerned about. From a mother to another, I feel very bad for her. But I see why the Grand Jury didn’t indict.
Too many feelings used is the only problem. The law is all that matters, & that was murder by a servant operating outside his temporary narrow scope of authority, acting under color of law. Flip it, if this clown wasn't in his clown suit wearing his clown badge hopping out of his clown car, but was 1 of us doing the same thing because we were protecting & serving our community, it would be murder according to the same cops, investigators & prosecutor. So we still just going to pretend law enforcement are not sworn by an oath to uphold & defend the peoples rights as defined within the contract known as the constitution, & more pretending they're above the law & their fear means justiable murder. They have it set up so it's rules for thee, but not for me. Sovereign servants mocking we the people, calling those of us who know our rights, Sovereign citizens as if that even makes sense. This is Sovereign servant qualified immunity because we're above the laws we hold you to the cross with.
@@Loosesapphire5135 The premise that the sole recourse to lawfully initiate violence resides with officers of the law is pretty basic civics stuff. You seem pretty uneducated.
@@justinfleming5119 "basic civics stuff", so where in the constitution can I read that 🤔 Seems ewe don't know your head from your azs from a hole in the ground, let alone what is within & operating outside the narrow scope of lawfully authority & power permitted to all oath sworn duty bound law enforcement. Clearly ewe want to pretend they have this broad spectrum of power & authority to bark commands we all must obey & comply as if they grant us our right to be free.
Because it's not a lawful order. The servant had no probable cause for lethal force with some1 he had no evidence for committing a crime. This isn't nazi occupied Germany... or is it ?
@@Loosesapphire5135 It's not National Socialist Germany. It's the US, where officers of the law give lawful orders and citizens who disregard the law sometimes face the consequences of their lawless behavior. If you prefer anarchy, move to Somalia.
